What it looks like day to day
Set up four cameras in one evening: no static IP and no port forwarding needed. I check the yard from my phone even when I'm away.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Cancel from the dashboard in one click. The server stays active until the end of the paid period.
How does payment work?
You top up your account balance via PayPal, and the subscription fee is deducted from that balance automatically. No stored cards and no recurring charges you can't stop.
Where are the servers located?
Data centers in Germany (Falkenstein, Nuremberg), Finland (Helsinki), Singapore and the USA (Hillsboro and Ashburn). The NVR archive is available in EU locations only.
Do I need a static IP or port forwarding?
No. The connection runs over an outbound WireGuard tunnel from your network to our relay. Your router stays completely closed from the outside.
