Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard. The server stays active until the end of the paid period.
How does payment work?
You top up your account balance via PayPal. Subscription fees are deducted automatically.
Where are the servers?
We use data centers in Germany (Falkenstein, Nuremberg), Finland (Helsinki), Singapore, and the USA (Hillsboro, OR and Ashburn, VA). For NVR archive (StorageBox) only EU locations are available.
